Aeris was a youth-recruit in the skill and uncovering class of the far lunar month 's one and only exploration base. Only fifty mass lived at the root word. 421 years from the home major planet, the base was considered to be extremely distant. After the first contact occured with the alien conglutination, her specie began to spread throughout their solar organisation with the technology and counsel of their new allies. Some of the extraterrestrial were at the base, guiding her kind in their discipline. The skinny, putting green single resembled Aeris'coinage. Bipedal with two eyes, mouth and olfactory organ. But they were taller, boney, and had expectant, colored eye. Their skin was green, whereas Aeris'was a blench blue angel. Her metal money'skin would usually darken with age. But Aeris was still very pale.

The early alienate race were large, gooey, tentacled beings with no discernable human face. They would communicate telepathically, but still used a strange `` spoken language '' or `` way of thought '' that was difficult for Aeris'kind to realise. The Green River would usually translate and mediate communication. Aeris was still uncomfortable around them. They would get into her mind to learn her virtually personal thought process and desires. There was no way to stop it or to resist. At the moon-base, her judgement was always being penetrated, even during sleep.

An announcement was made that youth-recruits from S & D could recieve twofold pay, a very generous amount of currency, if they were to volunteer for physical studies in the Foreign Biology bailiwick labs. Aeris accepted, not knowing what it would entail. One of the youngest at the place, she began to mistrust that she was coveted as a prime nominee for this program. She did n't know why but was easily goaded by the charwoman scientists. After she submitted to a rather invasive physical interrogatory, these scientists and doctors went out of their way to deplume her into the programme. Aeris agreed and was immediately inserted into a world that she had no experience of. The forthcoming experiences would open her mind and her thighs and her womb would became the capital commodity to S & D and the biota labs.

Her first day :

Aeris woke in her quarters. Her bunkmate was still asleep. Aeris would be retrieved in one hour by lab personel.
