By now Jake 's skin felt as if it was crawling with ant. Stopping short of the camp of the exiled ones several of the council were about to balk. `` No ! I told them they would be treated fairly and I meant it ! We have to help them or all of this was for nada. They were bad yes, they are being punished. ''
