'' I think we need to start with the council then the palace. They are the secure ; I just hope all can confine out 'til they all are healed."A now more worried Jake told the Doctor.

'' I 'm not sure what you 're on about but it makes gumption. '' The Doctor said as they both appeared back in the council bedroom.

Looking around Jake saw that almost all the council appendage were down. `` They all started to go down a few minutes ago. I 'm afraid my powers are having barely any force on them. ''

Jake looked at all the council members thinking there had to be something good that they could do. Suddenly an estimation hit him. Leaning over he whispered in the medico 's ear. The MD 's optic got large then he smiled.

I am not about to watch out as they all die a ugly death. '' Jake straightened up as he looked around the way Gen was sitting with her mother tears falling from her eyes.

By now Jake 's skin felt as if it was crawling with ants. Stopping short of the camp of the exiled I several of the council were about to balk. `` No ! I told them they would be treated fairly and I meant it ! We have to aid them or all of this was for nada. They were bad yes, they are being punished. ''
